About this game
Your childhood fell apart when your mother died and your father turned to drink and started seeing women, and himself, differently. His new girlfriend tipped things further out of hand, and you racked up fights, school trouble and run-ins with the law, though you never crossed the line. After he died things got worse, so you left and swore never to return. Years on you have built something almost normal and the past has gone foggy, but it may not stay that way. A dark, character-driven corruption story.

At first glance the story and characters might look like your usual boring mainstream stuff: MC moving/starts a new life, the cute little sister, the hot mom, the naughty friend... but you'll notice that I took a little different approach to it than usual. This is my first game release and a smaller project than I had actually planed. I was working on something bigger but coming back to it after some rl issues, I had to realize that I made several mistakes due to my lack of knowledge at that time, and I would have to swap the engine and start to rewrite everything if I wanted to continue. So I decided to make it more simple instead, lowered the scope of the game and use it to learn and grow with it and start something entirely new when I'm finished with this one. I hope this smaller version is still entertaining enough for you guys and gals and I will do my best to make the game as good as I possibly can. Also I want to mention that I'm not out for the money. I want to deliver guality stuff, and I will take the time it needs. This means things are done when they are done, and not when the demand is the highest. Last but not least: A BIG Thank you to everyone who helped me developing this game so far. Be it with words or helping with developement tips. Gallery Overhaul Beta (kind of) Sorry, this is not a content update. This time I have a Beta for you to test... well, kind of, it's not really a beta, since the content itself works, but I changed the Gallery code so much, it's basically a complete overhaul. I've tested everything and had a few other people try it by sending them the new gallery script and everything seems to work, but without updating the full game (several script-files have changed and some image names), I can't really be a 100% sure. I've had a lot of trouble with the old gallery, the code was a mess (well it still is tbh, but it's a lot better than before xD) and it desperately needed an overhaul, so I did that, changed a lot of code, optimised a few things, shortened or combined some of the code, changed the design slightly, etc.. There are also a few new images and some I had to change/replace, since there was no possible way to get them without using the dev console, for those you might need to replay the specific scene for them to show up. Aside from the gallery I've added 2 new animations and a few render to the latest Kat scene (male MC only for now). This is no content update, but since I had them done and ready I thought I'll include them as a small encouragement Have fun and as usual, if you find any bugs or errors, let me know!

(leaked) Beta Currently there are a little over 1400 renders and 23 animations for this update, but of course I'm still working on it, so there will be more. There are several fixes included in the update, some adjustments, new settings, and I've also decided to remove the color picker for the text completely. It's just such a mess and causes more trouble than it's worth tbh. There are still renders missing, and not all of the scenes are final, but overall, everything is mostly there, and it will give you a good look of what the full update is going to be. As usual with beta's, expect bugs and maybe some weird stuff happening. I can't guarantee everything working without such beta's. I also can't guarantee save compatibility anymore from this point onwards, at least up until version 1.0 (we're at 0.9, so...), since I have to make several code changes for the final release, and will remove temp fixes I did ages ago for save compatibility between updates, those will be redundant in the final release. Anyway, I hope you'll have fun testing the beta, and please report any bugs you might find.
